I had an initial telephone interview with the Marketing Manager at MilwaukeeJobs.com. I also had a follow up in-person interview with the Marketing Manager and the VP of MilwaukeeJobs.com.
The telephone interview for this company went very well and left me with a very positive impression of the company. We discussed my skill sets and how they aligned with the posted job position.
2-3 Weeks later and in-person interview was scheduled and I met with the Marketing Manager and VP of the company. The interview lasted 1 hour and 30 minutes. Again, I had a positive feeling from the interview and asked what next steps in the hiring process were. I was told that a decision would be made in a week and that I would hear something, positive or negative, as to the status of my candidacy for this position.
I sent a thank you email and written letter the next day, and awaited a response. None came back at all. Giving the benefit of the doubt, I sent a follow up email to my initial contact as to the status of my candidacy for the position I interviewed for, only to hear nothing.
I have not been provided any response to this day.
