I applied online. They called me the next day to set up an interview. I went in and she had me take the customer service exam. After I was done, she said if I passed the test, they'd do a background check and if I passed that, I'd be called back for an interview. She called me a couple days later to say I passed and we set up an interview. The day of the interview, I went in, answered her questions and she asked me if I wanted the job.
