Recruiters interview fair and concise. Regional managers interview was spotty and unclear as to directional needs of position. Absolutely ZERO follow up from any of the interviewers. Very poor communication leading to unknown status.

Terrible experience, applied 2 moths ago, interviewed 5 times with total of 8 people. They seem to have decisions making g problem. Emailed the recruiter and keep saying they’re still interviewing. They just like to keep candidates hanging. 5 interviews and still no answer of yes or no. Horrible experience.

Interview
Preliminary phone interview with HR Manager. In person interview with ROD. First interview was very pleasant. HR Manager seemed genuinely interested in me and asked quality experience related questions. ROD interview was unprofessional, demeaning, and hostile. My assumption was that this was just a tactic designed to test stress tolerance. It wasn’t. It was just the leadership style of the ROD (which I found out once I was hired). The panel interview with the VP was much more pleasant which is why I took the job.
