I just dropped off a resume and I received a call for an Interview a week later about 2 weeks after that I started training. I had a week and a half of training. I then started on shorter shifts and as I improved I received longer shifts.

Interview
I walked in and was told they need people and was basically hired on the spot. Not much else to the process, I knew I was getting into a horrible job and a horrible business just by how the easy it was to get hired on and how the store looked.
