Hire on the spot. Always an openings. Can you clean. Can you run the store if no manager is there. What makes you different from other applicants. What makes you better than the other applicants. What can make me jump out my seat and say he needs a raise
In person interview with manager. Only one round of interview basic questions with customer experience. Availability. Past experience. Cash management question. Will provide training for two weeks. If you know how to handle pos it will be good.

Simple and Quick interview as there was only one person interviewing me. They asked me the basic questions and the whole meeting was done in about 30 minutes or less.

Interview
Just basic questions like where I have worked previously and questions about my availability. The interview was short and then I was asked to consent to a background check and then offered employment as soon as the background check came back clear.
