I applied online. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Circle Logistics (Orlando, FL) in Apr 2026
Interview
I had two interviews, one with a recruiter, and one with a hiring manager. The first two interviews went smoothly (at least I thought they did) and I was told at the end of the second interview that I would most likely hear back by the end of the day the next day, or the following Monday. That was two weeks ago. If you are going to give someone a timeline, at least have the decency to politely tell them that you are moving forward with a different candidate. Best part is that this position is still open, so there really is no good reason that they had to ghost me, they could have simply said “We are looking for a candidate with a background better aligned for the position.”
I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Circle Logistics (Rogers, AR) in Nov 2025
Interview
Reached out to me on LinkedIn about having a phone call to discuss the opportunity. Not very specific about what the job would entail, but a phone call can't hurt.

Question 1
They asked if I had a transferable book of business, in which I do not.
I interviewed at Circle Logistics (Tinley Park, IL)
Interview
Very easy and simple, phone call with some very nice people. They will ask general questions and you should be fine as long as you are being honest and can really sell yourself to them.
