I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Circles in Oct 2019
Interview
Phone interviews with HR.
HR sent out a calendar availability and the questionnaires (expected salary).
I spent few rounds of filling out the availability since HR kept making configuration mistakes on the site. She blamed me for selecting a 15min slot while she planned for an hour interview. I was called for interview a day before.
During the interview, HR kept insisting that I did not fill out her questionnaires. After few clicks, she finally knew where it was. She told me bluntly I was unqualified for this position at the end of the interview and tried to persuade me for a lower level position. She mentioned she would send me the Job Description, which never arrived in email.
I believe she is overworked and cannot remember things in detail.
This is the most ridiculous interview I've ever had and I have never met such rude and unprofessional HR person. I have to retract my application to avoid any more waste of time on this company.
