Had an online 30min interview with HR which went well. I was asked about motivation and past experiences. The employee seemed very tired and not really present (yawning a couple of times). Left me with an overall good impression. 1 week later I received a standard rejection email, no reaction when asking for specific feedback.

Interview
I went through four interview stages. First, I had an interview with the HR partner. Then, I was assigned a task, which I completed and submitted. After that, I had a 75-minute interview with the product owner and a lead software developer, where we discussed various technical and situational questions. The final interview was with the CTO, the hiring manager, and it lasted 30 minutes. The entire process took about 1.5 months. Two weeks after the final interview, I followed up about the result and received a standard rejection email. I sent an email requesting feedback to understand my weaknesses for improvement, but unfortunately, they did not respond.

They asked how to ensure alignment between engineers and the Product Owner. How do we make sure the delivery team is delivering what the business has requested? How can we ensure that engineers understand the Product Owner, and how does this contribute to financial improvement and better ROI?
