I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Cirrus Logic in Mar 2012

1 phone interview, and then an on-site interview after that. The phone interview was quite in-depth and had a number of technical questions that required knowledge and direct experience on the relevant tehnologies and tasks of the position. I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Cirrus Logic
Interview
They only did initial phone screens. They said I didn't need Analog validation experience then asked analog validation questions throughout the interview.
