Interview
At first they approached me via phone call and asked about my preferences in a job. When my answers satisfied them they told me about their process of selection of a candidate.
Process was- online test >telephonic interview>Skype interview.
Online test and telephonic interview was a real quick but then they changed the schedule of Skype interview a hell lot of time.
Finally after 1 week they interviewed me.
I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Cirrus Media Research (New Delhi)

3 rounds for hiring:
1) HR interview
2) Written Examination (3 sections- Essay writing, Aptitude&Reasoning, Current Affairs)
3) Interview
Second stage- I attempted all 3 sections containing very easy questions. Still they told me you have not cleared the written test.
