Interview
Had a terrible experience with CISCO. I had the below four rounds in total
Round 1 : Hackerrank test
Round 2 : F2F technical interview
Round 3 : F2F technical interview
Round 4 : F2F technical interview
After all the four rounds, I was informed that the status would be informed later. However after waiting for more than 10 days and repeated calls to HR, I got a mail saying that I was not selected (obviously without proper reason). There is no reason for the rejection at all. If my profile was not suited for the role which I applied, they could have simply not sent me an invitation for interview.
They care about your skills, rather than your background. They have a template which they provide and you got to fill that, everyone is provided a unique number. You are instructed not to disclose any of your personal details in the due course of your interview.
The interview process was two rounds. The first round was a behavioral interview. Straightforward questions, like tell me about the most technically challenging project you have worked on. The second round was a system design interview.
