Interview
The interview process was in 3 stages, phone by hr, followed by line manager and GM and other management team. You need to be successful in each stage till the final stage. you need to have good experience in the role you are being interviewed and articulate your point very well. study and revise your cv and review you strength and weakness so you can present your self with confidence.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at Cisco (Toronto, ON) in June 2016
Interview
Multiple interviews done primarily via video chat, very drawn out lengthy process. Primarily behavioural based questions. Interviews typically 2 on 1. There seems to be a lot of shifting in terms of hiring managers, that contributes to the lengthy process. I believe there is also a requirement that a candidate must speak with five current employees before and offer can be made.
