It's best to know someone. Cisco is very into recommendations that come from inside.
Basically the recruiter will set it up and the hiring manager will setup 4 or 5 interviews in one day with the team.

3 rounds. Group. Complete task assessment in the interview. Very easy start up vibes. going but task awhile for them to get back to you. Very fun place to work
