Initially Cisco sent an hacker rank test and I completed the test successfully and next day I got call from HR and saying when can take up the f2f discussion.I asked Hr, is it possible to take through web ex for few rounds of discussion and HR said fine for that.They took 3 rounds of discussion in Web ex and one more round with manager with f2f and furtehr Hr discussion.

Interview questions all are about your resume which we kept and most of them are basic questions and some puzzles and some diagrams to know the analytical skills and some logical questions.
Few Data structures and Algorithmic questions
They care about your skills, rather than your background. They have a template which they provide and you got to fill that, everyone is provided a unique number. You are instructed not to disclose any of your personal details in the due course of your interview.
The interview process was two rounds. The first round was a behavioral interview. Straightforward questions, like tell me about the most technically challenging project you have worked on. The second round was a system design interview.
