Had an initial phone interview to see if I had a heart beat. Some really basic questions to see if I understood Automation, the role it played in Software Development and how Manual testing should be conducted.

Interview
All the interview questions were very technical and covered three areas: computer networking, programming, and Linux. This actually made the interview preparation process very lengthy and lots of studying.
If you have CCNA or CCNP certificate, the interviewers might be easier in you. If not, make sure you go through networking details about STP (i.e. root election), OSPF (i.e. DR election, adjacency etc), BGP (internal and external, RR), and MPLS, etc.
