Interview
Initially had an on campus interview for screening and then I had an all-day interview with a series of meetings with many people. I had a few behavioral meetings, a role play with a case study, and a presentation with other interviewees where we had to build something. There were a lot of other interviewees at the time and we were all placed in the same prep rooms. I had to wait a few months before I got my offer. The ASE program was great - Cisco provided me a lot of training (both sales and technical). Make sure to explain why you think Cisco is great or a great place to work - that will be helpful.

Question 1
Role play based on case study - make sure to spend time understanding any case study. Make sure to ask questions instead of jumping into "tell" mode.
I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Cisco (Copenhagen, Capital Region)
Interview
First talking to recruiter, then a quick call answering some "technical questions". After which there were some exercises and a video to record on a topic. And the last step was a half day of interviews, roleplays and short exam on site

Interview
After a resume screen, a two minute voice recording explaining any Cisco technology that excites you and why.
Next step was a virtual interview with a systems engineer. This consisted of behavioral and technical questions based on a previously specified Cisco product. Last stage was the Assessment Center and its three parts: Behavioral Interview, Technical Presentation, and Discovery Call Role Play.
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Cisco (Amsterdam) in Apr 2020
Interview
Eerst was er een cv selectie. Na selectie was er een video interview waar je een aantal antwoorden op behavioral questions moest beantwoorden, bijv. vertel me over een keer dat je een moeilijk situatie had. Hoe heb je het opgelost? Na video interview was er een assessment centre, waar je een aantal rondes achter elkaar had.
