I applied online. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Cisco (Raleigh, NC) in May 2022
Interview
A bizarre interview process began with a recruiter email to set up an interview followed by a technical interview with three team members from the TAC.
The panel never introduced themselves and had the cameras turned off the entire interview which was disrespectful. When I asked questions at the end, I was given indifferent yes or no responses by the TAC team and they ended my interview early why? because they claimed had other interviews that very same Friday!!
The technical portion of the interview felt more like an interrogation than an interview. One of the interviewers had no tact at all and made sure to inform me that I "might want to check that after this interview" even though I got the answer correct!?
Everything considered I was very unimpressed and really disappointed by the unprofessional behavior displayed here. It's really no wonder after this why TAC services have in recent years gone downhill.
I feel fortunate to not have been picked for the TAC team role by the HR Department good riddance!
