Interview
Super simple application, no cover letter or anything. Got the OA invitation a few days after, so either they're using some kind of AI to filter out or just giving everyone the OA invitation. OA was super simple, two LC easy, one medium. Friend who also got OA said 2 med, 1 easy. If you took any intermediate level programming class i'd say it's an easy pass. Been a few months since I took the OA and haven't heard back, so I imagine i got rejected. Rip but great, straightforward experience!

round 2 final: 1 behavioral 1 technical, leetcode style but also trivia
round 3: recruiter talk

Smooth interview process , the whole pool of students were anonymous that is given an ID to contact no name , no college , making it a you deserve you get kind of job

Online Assessment followed by a Phone Screen. The entire process was well organized and the interviewers and recruiters want you to succeed. Timeline took about 3 weeks from OA invite to Phone Screen Invite.
