Interview
It was a great experience attending an interview at Cisco. It is a friendly panel and should be strong in networking questions to crack it. HR round was so good provided overview of the role,
2 interview steps. The first one is a standard HR interview, the second one is a set of activities and interviews to assess your capabilities. They include a presentation, risk assessment, group discussion and more.

Interview
2 rounds of interviews. First panel was 4 people. Second round was my potential boss and his boss. Both interviews had great productive questions and conversations. I think it all depends on the team though. I've had other interviews for the same roll on different teams that weren't as inviting and inclusive.
