Got the opportunity through CISCO Ideathon 2024
Round 1- OA mcqs and 1 coding question
Round 2 - Technical Interview: Cross questions on presentation, Resume discussion,theoretical concepts of DSA, basics of JAVA and C++ and discussion on networking. Over all interview was easy-medium level.
Round 3- Managerial round-Resume discussion, then question like tell me about a time when----? and heavy situational questions.
Round 4- ETR connect/ HR round- Basic 10 min discussion with HR having questions like are you available for relocation and are you available for internship of 6 month starting from January .
Result- Not selected due to hiring freeze in Cisco this years.
Thorough interview process, beginning with a deep technical interview about my experience and expertise, followed by a managers interview about higher level topics. After 2 interviews I was given an offer which I accepted. Previous interview experiences with Cisco were similar, with just the interviewers being different.

Basically the process was very streamlined 3 interviews in one day. HR-Technical-Technical. I would say if you have knowledge in networking it is good quality interview and demanding enough but not too much,
