Cisco QA Engineering Manager interview questions

First telephonic and then 4 In person interviews . Duration 3 to 4 hours. Interview went well, all questions related to testing and management. Seems quite positive response from interviewers. But on the same received email mentioning your candidature cannot be processed as its not matching to our requirements, which was quite disappointing.
