Citadel Clearing/Settlements interview questions

HR was late to interview. Discussed the company, what I was looking for, what experience I had in the Clearing and Settlement space. It was obvious I did not have the exact experience that they were looking which could have been discovered with looking at my resume or over a phone screen.
