Interview
The interview is held via phone call with a member of the hiring team. It was very informal and casual. Most of the questions were "getting to know you" type questions and not necessarily job related.
Pretty Straight Forward. The interview was well-organized, and the team made me feel comfortable and valued throughout the process. The questions were insightful and gave me a clear sense of the responsibilities and expectations for the role.
Applied online after completing the mortgage agent course, had a phone chat to learn more. All paperwork completed online. High tech onboarding process with scenarios and videos. Easy to follow and understand though.

Interview
Very easy over the phone interview. They do a good job at educating you on the position. They pretty much hire anyone with a mortgage agent certificate. Beware of the monthly fees as new agents, you won't be making much money in the beginning so it is a big investment.
