Citadel Receptionist interview questions

First I was asked to meet with a third party interviewer from DTI, who provides all of their human resource and reception positions. After I passed that interview, I was asked to meet with four of the Research Assistants at Citadel's San Francisco office. The office was beautiful, and all the people were very nice. The interview was much more casual than i expected as far as interactions go. It seemed like they wanted me to lead the interview as far as talking about myself, but that was not explicitly said, so it was slightly uncomfortable.
