First contact from a member of the Recruitment Team who provided a lot of background information and answered most of my questions/ Telephone interview with the Regional Manager followed by a face-to face interview with Regional Manager and a Team Leader (although I was offered a Teams interview, it was my choice. Recruitment Team provided lots of background information and guidance before each stage (and some hints on what to think about).

Wide range of questions about my approach to scenarios (rather than my technical knowledge). Focused on getting to understand my way of working, and if I would fit in the role/team/company.

2 phone conversations completed within 2 weeks of each other and a face to face interview completed 1 week later with ops manager which inc a task to complete prior to the interview
