The interview went very well with easy questions and a very nice interviewer. Following up with HR was hard, and no one answered the follow-up emails. I sent out 2 emails two weeks apart, but no response.

Interview
Two-staged, has a background/personality/general interview then a technical interview. They're very keen on training up financial domain knowledge in tandem with development skills. Typically small panel interview of 2-3 people.
Phone call with the hiring manager - going through CV and the position.
Video call with the hiring manager and some members of the software development team - just one or two technical questions, More of a get-to-know call with other members.
In-person interview with the hiring manager and different members of the team in the Dublin office - the hiring manager, who liked me and my CV, supported me in front of the other senior members. It was just a formal thing with more senior folks.
Technicall questions - about three or four SQL query questions to be answered as soon as possible via email.
