Interview
Very chill. Has 2 levels. The first one with HR, the second with your future managers. Doesn't specify explicitly what exactly you are going to do. Random questions, like what's your favorite subject at University ( if you are a student)
Very smooth process. Time and date was easy to negotiate. The interview itself was straight forward, fair questions and nothing that felt too intimidating. I was interviewed by two managers and got a good sense of their personality and management style.
There was one person from HR and the team lead from the department I would work in. They were ok. Questions were mainly the standard STAR type of questions. Eg. remember how you dealt with a stressful situation
