Citi Trends interview questions

Went thru 2 rounds of interviews, first was the recruiter reached out by texting, and then confirmed by email a few hours later. I checked her on LinkedIn, it seems like she's just a contractor or an outside recruiter - red flag #1. Met with the hiring manager, she did not come prepare, super unorganized. Always checking her watch, not engaging with the process - red flag #2. Then immediately contacted by another person from HR asking to chat and set up another round of interview, which it's fine. I checked, she actually works for the company. And this round was better, a bit more structured and able to walk thru the position and the expectation. I was told I will hear back within the next few days, "promised I can reach out if I don't hear back, no worries, I'm not the type I would ignore emails or calls, because I don't work like that..." Ok.. I waited for a week, already thinking I probably did not get the position, but I still reached out just to confirm to both the HR person and the 2nd hiring manager, and of course you hear nothing. And 2 months later, you still see the positions being posted and reposted... go figure
