The interview process consisted of 2 rounds.
1st round- with the technical lead - pure technical with questions from SQL, API testing using Postman and Agile methodology. Please prepare with ISTQB foundation material to crack testing related questions.
2nd round - with the project manager was less technical and more process oriented- involving walkthrough of day in and day out activities
Both the rounds were professionally conducted and recorded
Post the rounds was called for HR discussion and background verification. From round 1 to offer letter, it took 2 weeks.
Declined the offer as found the salary to be below industry standards. Expectations were set for working in the weekend and clocking 10-12 hrs per day which reflected badly on the company's culture.
