the interview included one day of a formal interview and one day of working with the organization for a day. the formal interview included two applicants and one interviewer. the less qualified applicant is asked to leave in the middle of the interview.

They educated me on their company, asked me about my experience, reliability, and if I wanted full or part-time. CCE told me what my duties would be, and asked if this interested me.
