Interview
Applied online and was contacted by the Content Manager to schedule a phone interview. The initial conversation was friendly and included a brief overview of the role. I then completed a retouch test and was invited to an in-person interview, which seemed to go well. Afterward, communication stopped. I followed up twice to confirm whether the position was still open or if they had moved forward with another candidate. I was told they were busy and that the role was still open, but I never received a final response.

Question 1
It was less of a traditional interview and more of an overview of what the day to day responsibilities would be.
The process was fairly easy. I applied through a platform on the web, and then I was contacted through email. Before setting a date for a videointerview, we had a quick phone call just to get to know each other and be able to be on a first-name basis. The purpose was to speed up the interview process. I was able to do my interview online and after 2 weeks they got back to me with an offer,

Very nice people, not intimidating. It was a zoom call with the hiring manager for the role. She was incredibly nice and patient. She left room at the end for questions.
