I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Citrin Cooperman in Sept 2020
Interview
I really enjoyed everyone I met throughout the interview process. The conversation was great and all of my questions were answered. I had 4 rounds of interviews via video. Everything was seamless and made me excited about the company.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Citrin Cooperman (New York, NY) in July 2020
Interview
I was approached on LinkedIn by a 3rd party recruiter. For a company that big you'd think they'd have in house recruiting. The recruiter was very disrespectful to me as a woman and told me to make sure to smile and be happy during the interview because I seemed too focused and serious during our first call.
I interviewed with two partners on zoom who let me know that they have a 3rd party prepare tax returns and associates who have no work experience would review the entries. I expressed my concerns about it and they shut me down. The partners also seemed to not want to be there and one even answered an email during our interview.
They also said during my interview that someone from my current company had transferred to theirs because my current company wasn't great. Funny thing is, the person transferred back.
Immediately after my interview the recruiter called me and asked me how I felt and i told him didn't want to go forward because it seemed like there was no soul in the company. After a few minutes of begging me to continue I said okay and he said he'd let me know the feedback.
The feedback apparently was really bad and I got no offer.
