There are multiple rounds of interviews and they can take awhile to get back to you. I talked to a few different managers since the role I initially applied to was filled
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Describe relevant experience, what are your personal values
I applied online. The process took 4 days. I interviewed at City Net (Perris, CA) in July 2022
Interview
I was able to set the day and time of the interview.
The interview was over the phone.
The Interviewer was, not the best…She seemed like maybe I was the last interview of her day, didn't seem all too interested in having a comfortable conversation or exchanging pleasantries. It was essentially question answer, question answer. No real dialogue or feedback on ANY of my answers which really made me feel like I was doing bad or she just didn't care. That really didn't help me "stay in the pocket" I really got in my head due to that. This is just strange being that I really thought people would be warmer and more energetic and more inviting being that they work in a very sensitive line of work. I didn't feel that warm welcome AT ALL.
It was short and lacked any sense of friendliness.
I rated the interview difficult as the person was difficult.
I was able to choose the day and time for my interview. The interviewer was polite and questions weren't challenging. I only believe that they are picky with candidates which is why they haven't been able fill certain positions.
