Very thorough phone screening and friendly HR department. Make sure you're aware of the city needs and protocols if you're applying for an administrative government position. Takes forever for follow-up, especially if you do not get the position.

Q: Approximately how many proposals do you submit in a quarter? For how much?
First phone interview with HR 30 minutes, then zoom interview with dept supervisor 45 minutes, in person interview one hour with HR and dept Mgr. Contacted them three times via email and phone, no one ever got back to me
