Terrible, had to tell the recruiter to stop calling. Did not even know what they where sending over. I would look at other opportunities. Good luck on your job search.

I interviewed with the internal recruiter, followed by a behavioral assessment and a cognitive assessment. Then I interviewed with the general manager and finally I last interview with the owner. It was hours and hours of time spent on the phone, online and driving to the company offices for interviews. After meeting with the owner, I was completely ghosted. No thanks for your time, but we’ve gone in a different direction, no anything. I’ve never dealt with a more disrespectful organization in my life. At least I didn’t have to go to work for these people. Stay away and don’t waste your time. Horrible people.
