I had an interview with organization. In fact, I was interviewed twice for the same position. Both interviews went well. However I was not a perfect fit for the organzation at that time. the only feedback I would like to give is that they should call an applicant to tell them if they were hired or not. Every time I called to inquire, no one returned my call. I was shocked how unprofessional the organization was.
The guy interviewing me clearly did not even take the time to glance at my resume and had no plans to hire me as I previously didn't serve with City year.

Phone interview in fall 2020 following no initial screening. Interviewer seemed disengaged and tired. Little to no small talk or pleasantries at the beginning of the interview. Answers were as research suggested they may be.

Interview
Interviewed over the phone and lasted about 30 minutes. There was only one interviewer. Interviewer mostly asked questions determining fit with the company and experience in the field. Additional questions were about decision making and supervising experience.
