I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at City Year
Interview
The whole interview took about an hour. Very basic questions about my capabilities and letting me know that although it may become hard, can I do it? I think they want to offer positions to people that will see the whole year through and not quit in the middle of the year, as it is a great and challenging experience.
