Interview
The interview process takes an hour. The interviewer reviews your application personally and the essays you have written. They will ask direct questions and quote your essays during the interview.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
They will mostly ask you about your passion and dedication to education and being an agent to change the education inequity in the U.S.
Very simple. Quick virtual interview and pretty simple questions. Research their values and what not and you should be good to go. As far as I remember it was a single interview and decision is relatively soon after that.
Really friendly and welcoming. Try to make it as comfortable as possible and share about the work they do. They want to ensure applicants are making the right decisions and that they assess the values.

Interview
Done over zoom and not an overly long process interviews are usually conducted by the IM for a school in the city you are applying for but if you have a pulse you should be fine
