Very laid back interview, no technical questions. Wanted to see if was a good fit for the type of environment you would be working in and if you were invested in the mission of City Year.

Why do you want to join City Year? Tell me about a time when you overcame a challenge.
Like 15 questions about who you are and what makes you interested in working on a team and tutoring kids.mostly need to know why you want to do this work
The interviewer was easy to talk to and they have me detailed explanation about the position while giving an idea of what the position entailed. They answered any question I had about the position and were very respectful.

Very fair and friendly interview process! Really personable. You can tell they care about the character of potential new hires. Would recommend anyone I know to apply and work for them!
