they ask you questions such as if your co worker is constantly late what would you do about it. they want to know what you think about cleaning toilets and trash cans and working on the weekends and holidays. Why should they hire you over the next person and what types of sports do you enjoy and what talents do you have.

I applied in person and the interview process took 2 weeks. They will call to set up an interview. After the interview, you are sent a mail that scores how well you did on the interview. I guess if you're on the top 80% or 90% they will hire you. Whole hiring process took like a month before I could start working.
