- Large group interview - 75% of interview was in the pool doing mock teaching, swimming, and drills - After pool session, group was taken into board room for HR based questions - all but 2 candidates (extremely un-prepared people) were awarded jobs at various facilities across city - candidates were judged on lesson plan (interview asked candidates to bring example lesson plan before interview)
