There was a phone interview with three people. A couple of days later there was call to schedule a face to face interview. The interview was with a panel of three people. They did not ask me for references, so I believed I was not considered for the position a couple of days later my supervisor for current job at the time let me know they had called her for a reference. I thought it was weird since I did not give them references and they did not ask for any. I thought I was not considered, so accepted another position for another job I had interviewed for. Friday of that week I was offered the position, but declined because I had accepted another job.
