Interview questions [1]
Question 1
How do I resolve an overbilling issue?
What steps should I take if I've been overcharged?
What is the procedure for disputing an excessive bill?
How can I correct an instance of overbilling?
Done virtually. Hiring manager was almost 10 minutes late to interview so I was forced to sit awkwardly on the call with his direct report making small talk. When the manager finally showed up to the call the only question I was asked was "Tell us about yourself" I asked for elaboration in terms of anything specific they'd like to know and he replied "no". I gave my general spiel and then they essentially just said okay goodbye. Never head back even to tell me they were going with another candidate...
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at City of Delta BC (Delta, BC) in Dec 2022
Interview
I enjoyed the process and it took approximately one month in its entirety. First was a skills assessment test that dealt with math and customer services skills as well as some general government knowledge. Second was a screening call that had questions such as "why are you currently looking for a new job? Why do you want to work for the City of Delta?". Last was a panel interview done with the department manager, someone else in the department, and an HR representative. The interview was done virtually and consisted of behavioural questions. After successfully completing those they did an extensive background check before making an offer.

Question 1
Behavioural questions such as: How would you handle a large workload? Talk about a time you made a mistake and what did you do? Look up lists of behavioural interview questions and I would suggest answering them in STAR format.
