4-person panel including a peer who was in the room to be an observer. Interview time was seventy-five minutes whit about 20 minutes of questions and answers with the hiring manager.

I first applied online for this job 02/02/2021. Please keep in mind that this is city government so things move slow. I was contracted for an interview 03/12/2021 and had the interview on 03/17/2021. It was a panel of 3 people and about 45 minutes long. Not a lot of technical questions, just how you handle things and your approach to certain issues. Everyone is very nice.

One interview followed by a confirmation on interest from HR and. Background chack. long wait and then no information. They lied and said the position was on hold when I reached out. Turns out it has been filled by other candidates. The lack of communication from HR was staggering
