I was called after a month for an in person interview. I was given an interview time and called by the HR representative the day before the interview time to have the time changed. This should have been red flag number 1. I was interviewed by 2 Managers and the HR Rep who was the facilitator. I did my homework and I was well prepared for the interview questions . One of the Managers was very condescending. After the interview, one of my questions was when would they make a decision. The hiring manager looked at the HR Representative and asked her which I found to be odd. I was told by the HR Rep that I would hear something the following week, one way or the other. Needless to say, I haven't heard anything so I can assume that I didn't get the job. While reviewing the current staff on Linkedin, I see that the majority of them came from the Fulton County Government office in downtown Atlanta, GA. Note to Management, please don't waste the public's time with interviews if you plan to hire internal candidates who are already employees with Fulton County. Please just open the jobs up to internal candidates ONLY!!
