I applied online. The process took 8 months. I interviewed at City of Toronto in Nov 2022
Interview
pretty easy, interviewers just ask a bunch of situational questions and you have to give answers. they'll basically hire anyone that has more than 2 brain cells though, lol. if you look at/prepare for interview questions you'll be fine.
