I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Citymapper (London, England) in June 2020

Interview

Had about 4 interviews across 3 months, first interviewed with the Head of Ops, and then with 2 people in the team. The role seemed very interesting but the downside to it was having to constantly follow up about my application with genuine interest only to be rejected at the end- was a massive waste of my time

Unfortunately, as your interview was back in June 2020 we're unable to provide you with a more specific response but I can understand that a process taking 12+ weeks wouldn't be great - we're genuinely sorry if that happened. Our time to hire is normally very fast and we aim never to leave candidates waiting and we'll take your feedback on board to ensure no candidate is left waiting beyond what is reasonable.

Interview

A brief interview with a kind interviewer who tried to make me feel comfortable. Though the connection was poor we finally managed to make it. The duration was about 30 minutes and the interviewer explained to me to process. THey came back to me after 2 weeks by email.
