Interview
It is an interview for the program then you are matched with organization who then complete additional interviews. You may accept/decline the organization interviews based on your interest. Overall it is pretty low stakes and straightfoward,
It was pretty basic since it’s a fellowship position.
After the initial interview with staff you can get an interview with potential placements but there is a chance that you will not.

Interview
After meeting 2/3 criteria in my initial online application, they scheduled a screening interview. The organization sent out sample questions the night before, and the interview essentially asked each of those questions sequentially. If approved, they send my application to "routers" that match me with potential employers.
