The interview process for a Quality Assurance (QA) role generally involves several stages designed to assess both technical skills and the ability to work within a team and follow quality standards.

Question 1
How do you approach testing a new feature that is being developed in an Agile environment, and how do you ensure comprehensive test coverage?
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Civica in Sept 2023
Interview
First was online assessment then after passing it there were two technical rounds. First round was QA manager and she was genuine and next round was DM round . Since starting he was very negative and unfriendly and just doubting on my resume and even didn't believe the total of my experience from 2018 to 2023 and said its less than 4 years which was very strange. And initially it was mentioned in JD that they need automation exp +1.5 years and then he asked automation level questions for expert level(9-10 yrs) like write code for automating pagination,MFA etc so I was very unhappy with this experience.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Civica (Vadodara) in Sept 2019
Interview
Intial round: Written test on testing related questions. Quiet easy to clear.
Technical Round: started with automation testing questions and slowly moved to manual testing.
Covered most aspects of software testing.
Depending on experience level and profile.
Delivery Management Round: mostly scenario related questions and Agile methodology.
Business Unit round;
This round may not be applicable for everyone but if your here then it means your being selected for senior position. Again testing related questions based on your profile.
HR round: if you reach this stage, then it means you have cleared everything. Just for all salry and company related discussion.
Overall very smooth process. They do that delay giving g feedback even if it's a negative feedback.
Totally appreciated.
