Application
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Civica (Vadodra) in Aug 2023
Interview
There were 4 rounds in total-
1) Technical aptitude
2) Technical Interview
3) Managerial Interview - Now this won't be happening I guess as there are no Portfolio Managers in Civica
4) HR Interview (Final Discussion)
I got an email 2 months after applying for the role to have initial chat. It was a 30 min video call with lots of questions. The call didn’t really flow, wasn’t conversational more the person firing questions at you. Didn’t like the vibe and most of all didn’t appreciate being rejected via voicemail. Would avoid this company going forward.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Civica (Pune) in Dec 2024
Interview
The interview last for only 20 minutes.
The job description contains over 10 technologies to have and the interviewer just asked only 5/6 questions related to just oops concepts and expected that I should be able to answer all of them.
Only 1 person is in interview panel for senior developer role hiring.
He was in so hurry to wrap up call and not even interested to go more about other tech stacks that was mentioned in JD.
